As a Safe Environment Local Administrator, you will assist individuals in completing the Safe Environment requirements. Please reference the document below for how to ask individual to sign up as a new user.
In accord with our various Safe Environment audits, employees and volunteers will need to recertify with the Virtus program and background checks every five years. Users will be prompted automatically for their requirements - background, training, and required docs - as they fall out of compliance.
The best place to monitor if users are in compliance is the Compliance Report. You will have to reach out to any user who is not responding to the Virtus prompts/emails and ask them to complete the requirements.
